"Please see the attached letter from an area Mayor to my state legislator.  I am told that a number of Mayors of like-attitude towards the 2nd Amendment are writing all legislators with the same nonsense.  I saw a couple of other similar letters from other town's mayors. In addition to being ludicrous, it's a clear attack on good citizens' rights.  Municipal goverment is attempting to expand its authority to restrict our rights.  This is not about safety rather is all about control."
