Did anyone get this email? First it asks you which budget plan you would support. You vote. The email takes you to another screen to tell you what plan Mark Kirk supports. (I don't think he really wanted our opinion) Next, You can click on each listed plan for more details. Mark Kirk, for the most part, supports, The Bipartisan Commission on Fiscal Responsibility Plan. When I clicked on Mark Kirks choice of "The Bipartisan Commission on Fiscal Responsibility Plan" the first page is titled "The National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform" so I Yahoo'd "The National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform". http://www.fiscalcommission.gov/about/ Am I correct in linking this website information to the people who wrote the budget plan Mark Kirk supports? Take a look at the names. Andy Stern is one of them. In my opinion, "The Bipartisan Commission on Fiscal Responsibility Plan" is the Presidents plan. Why is there 3 choices? 1-The Presidents Plan 2-The Bipartisan Commission on Fiscal Responsibility 3-The House Plan. Are we being hoodwinked? Or am I reading into this too much? | |
